Your role
Are you an expert in project and team management? Are you passionate about Operational Risk and Risk Control? Do you know how to work well in a dynamic environment? Are you comfortable with leading the team through change? If yes, then we are looking for you to:
- Manage the team for RRSS CARS Technology,
- Establish relationships and collaborate with business stakeholders within the risk space in Group Technology to ensure the smooth transition of the new services to Risk & Regulatory Shared Services Krakow,
- Assess, discuss and lead the implementation of the changes to the existing services portfolio as requested by the stakeholders,
- Take the overall responsibility for a number of Group Technology or stream level services such as issue lifecycle, decentralized controls, ad hoc and recurrent risk reporting and dashboards,
- Project Management and consultancy in business intelligence, business analysis and risk reporting across Group Technology risk portfolio.
Your team
Your team is a part of a bigger organization providing Risk & Regulatory Shared Services across GCOO; this role will be focussed on Group Technology and is based in Zabierzow/Krakow. Our focus is to support the Group Technology in day to day operational risk and control management.
Your experience and skills
You have:
- University degree (preferably in Science or Information Technology),
- 6+ years of experience in risk control frameworks,
- Experience of offshoring services and handling process changes,
- Understanding of Risk Management concepts and their implementation in practice,
- Strong project management skills, ability to influence cross-functionally in a rapidly evolving business environment while managing multiple / concurrent projects,
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation and writing skills,
- Experience of team leadership,
- Data analytics.
Additional assets:
- Hold certification in one of the following: COBIT, CISA, CISSP, ITIL
- Technical project management skills
- Experience of working with relational databases.
