Our Client is a global cloud-focused business software and services company with over 3.500 employees, ranked as a top 6 mid-market ERP software player globally, and 2nd largest European ERP Supplier. It helps dynamic public sector and commercial services organizations to embrace change simply, quickly and cost effectively. Currently we are looking for the Candidates for the position of: IT Support Specialist with German.
Duties:
- Communicate with the customer in a courteous, efficient, effective and professional manner.
- Dealing with incoming telephone calls and e-mails from Internal staff and Customers and responding to their requests for action.
- To record all incidents, calls, requests and complaints received on the Service Desk incident management system.
- Monitor progress of incidents, providing the customer with feedback and updated information regarding progress towards resolution.
- When incident resolution is beyond the scope of initial support to hand over the incident to the Triage support team, thoroughly documented.
- To liaise with external partners and suppliers to ensure that Service Desk incidents are resolved effectively within agreed service level agreements.
- Requirements:
- Around 1* year of professional experience preferable in customer support, service desk, helpdesk or similar area
- Fluent in English written and oral
- Fluent in German written and oral
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work with dynamic environment
- Very good analytical and problem solving skills
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
