Currently for our Client, we are looking for Candidates for a position of Service Desk Analyst with German language
Duties and responsibilities:
- Provide first line IT support for across a range of technologies (desktop applications, printing/scanning, telephony, mobile devices, audio and video conferencing, business applications)
- act as a point of contact for colleague issues through phone, chat, email and portal
- update knowledge management system as necessary
- work with Incident and Problem management teams on individual proactive and reactive issues as necessary
Our requirements:
- Fluency in German and very good English language
- previous eexperience in a Help Desk/Service Desk or Customer Service role
- strong knowledge of MS Office, Active Directory, Outlook etc.
- very good verbal and written communication skills;
- willingness to work in the fast-changing environment.
