For our Internal IT Support Team we are seeking the following:
- Providing on-site and remote worldwide IT Support for End Users
- Installation and support different applications on users PC’s
- Managing and developing automatic Windows installation process and remote software rollout using Microsoft SCCM
- Responsibility for IT equipment
- Defining and managing security standards
- Good knowledge of Windows operating systems on administrative level
- Knowledge of IT hardware, software and current new technologies
- Very good English and Polish language
- Excellent customer service skills, strong attention to details with ability to multi-tasks
- Demonstrate ability to think and act proactively, taking initiative on executive projects
Would be an asset:
- Bachelor’s Degree in field related with IT
- SCCM and Active Directory knowledge
- Previous experience working on similar position (Service Desk, Help Desk, PC’s support and configuration)
- Working knowledge and experience with writing and editing Command, WSH or PowerShell scripting
- Stable, independent work in international, flexible and opened company,
- Possibility to obtain Microsoft certification
- Stable working time: 8-16 or 10-18
