Junior Data Management Coordinator is responsible mainly for setting up new customers in Oracle system (GPS business); completing customer account changes and coordinating account set up process (reply to all business queries). Responsibilities also include issuing Distributor/Reseller Agreements for new Third Part Sales representatives, issuing Amendments for existing Agreements if required and maintaining insurance limit listing file.

Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations:
• Manage and maintain the Customer Master including set up of new accounts in multiplesystems
• Manage and maintain salesman information related to customer set ups
• Driving comprehensive application of global and regional Customer Data Managementprocesses
• Adapting to a fast paced business with a focus on first in, first out cycle time on all requests butstill maintain the ability to refocus quickly if business need dictates
• Monthly close activities that result in heavier workloads
• Management of customer expectations
• Providing metrics and reports to Management as required
• Compensated Over Time might be required during busy periods
• Cover US time zone, so working on second shift (14 - 22) on regular basis
Specific Knowledge/Skills:
• Bachelor's Degree in Economy / Finance /Accounting
• Fluent English - verbal and written
• Process-oriented with solid problem-solving and analytical skills
• Sense of urgency & ability to follow through on commitments
• Make decisions using sound judgment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence
• Ability to multi task & work independently
• Advanced in MS Excel with basic knowledge in other MS applications
• Knowledge in Oracle will be a plus
