Junior Customer Service Specialist with German/ Dutch/ Swedish or English

Workplace: Poznań
Main duties involve:
- Providing consultation, support, and training to clients of computer or other technology-based systems.
- Interacting with a broad range of clients in order to provide a high level technical support to clients.
- Providing both routine and non-routine support for a broad range of information related technologies.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English or with German/ Dutch/ Swedish and than good English language skills
- Experience in customer service will be an advantage
- Ability and willingness to learn
- Must possess excellent customer service skills
- Have excellent telephone, listening and communication skills
- Ability to work various shifts
- Experience is not required as the training will be provided
