For our team located in Warsaw we are seeking the following:

Providing 2nd line of support for an international customer

Troubleshooting and configuring Microsoft Windows System

Cooperating with users from different departments

Analyzing and solving problems
-
Escalation of major problems to 3rd level of support

Very good knowledge of Polish and English languages
-
Experience in PC/laptops configuration (software and hardware)

Knowledge of Active Directory and troubleshooting

At least basic knowledge of Domain and TCP/IP

Problem solving orientation and good communication skills
