You will deliver the best customer experience as possible by supporting them with technical queries.
Finding answers for client's technical questions and resolving client's problems will be your daily duties.

We are looking forward to meeting Candidates who
- Experience with networking, configuration, maintenance or troubleshooting (essential),
- Fluent English (spoken and written) is a must,
- Some working experience with customers,
- CISCO certificate CCNA (the basic) or CCNP (more advanced) will be an advantage,
- Experience with security (keywords: IT Security, AAA) will be an advantage,
- Experience with Cisco products will be an advantage.
