Junior Specialist with Dutch or French

Key responsibilities may include:
- Performing order entry using internal systems, checking and deciding on available providers, communicating with them via emails
- Performs the tasks with very minimal to zero supervision (as necessary)
- Seek missing information and finds solutions
- Reporting expected vs actual output
- Gaining and maintaining Client confidence and organization’s trust by developing efficient relationship
- Interacting with internal clients to resolve issues; communication with clients in a professional manner maintaining confidentiality
- Escalating issues and seeking advice with Senior Operations Purchase Agents and Team Leaders when facing non-standard issue
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English
- Fluent Dutch or French
- Knowledge about ICT solutions (Networking, Security Systems, Unified Communication solutions) (nice to have)
- Previous work experience in BPO/SSC would be an advantage
- Experience in Customer Service would be nice to have
- BA/MA degree
- Strong communication/organizational skills
- Self-motivation
- Results & detail oriented
- General PC experience is required (including basic Microsoft Office skills)
- Good team working skills
