- Technical support for internal tools and solutions (system transfers, batches uploads, raising issue tickets)
- Understanding on how system activities influence the operation and how business activities affect the system
- Handling technical queries from business Clients
- Working closely with all Finance & Accounting teams and developers
- Identifying areas for potential system improvements
