About us
Software Factory is a global software house of Capgemini.
It is based as a whole in Krakow and provides services globally to the entire Capgemini Group.
Right now our quickly growing team is seeking a web development talent that could become our new wingman.
You will be joining a group of people who believe in creating quality software with an attention to solid architecture and neat designs. We code with UX as our first priority, as we reimagine the concept of enterprise applications. We aim for our code to be clean and maintainable, following conventions and design patterns.
If you’re looking to work on challenging projects with an experienced team of great coworkers, this is the place to be.
We are open to the newest of technologies and open source projects. Just to give you a taste of what we do: coding frontends in JS frameworks like Ember.js or Backbone.js, writing automation pipelines in Gulp.js and building Elasticsearch data clusters. We make sure our applications are well thought out both in the frontend and backend – we are full stack engineers and you’re welcome to work on any part of our code.
You will have the opportunity to build a variety of software, from lightweight RESTful Web APIs to full-fledged MVC applications. You will take part in our branch - pull request workflow and peer review process (powered by Git, Stash and JIRA), being able to both learn from your coworkers and share your expertise.
We believe in creating a fun work environment where everyone can stay happy and productive. There is plenty of coffee and interesting people to chat with. Our engineers all know each other well, like each other and respect each other.
If you think that this sounds like a place for you – come and join us!
