You will provide LAN and personal computer support to IP facilities throughout the region. Under general to little direct supervision, you will provide second tier support to end-users for PC, server or mainframe applications and hardware, RF equipment, printers, and other network attached devices. You will trouble shoot LAN problems, assist in configuring and troubleshooting data, voice, and video systems.

You will have an opportunity to develop technical skills and procedural knowledge of RS EMEA support. The role offers exposure to our internal users located in EMEA region. The role should interest experienced IT Support Specialists with strong commitment to deliver superior level of customer support and technical expertise.
- Manage day-to-day and break/fix work desktops, servers, RF devices, printers, other network attached devices and LAN for all assigned facilities. Very capable technical position. Act as the liaison into Information Technology second and third level support groups to assist in expediting the support process.
- Report and work with a regional manager or assigned team lead. Work with facility manager or site contact to set priorities.
- Manage vendor warranty and break/fix work. Assist in the desktop/server/LAN procurement process.
- Maintain documentation for the facility, including inventory, ticket tracking, time tracking and assigned project work. Member of On-Call rotation and may require travel between supported sites and facilities.
- Work with general to little direct supervision. You are capable of handling any routine to highly technical problem and demonstrates adequate to good communication skills.
- Associate Degree in Information Systems or equivalent
- 2+ years of related Information Systems experience
- A+ certification (preferred)
- MCP (preferred)
- Developed several competencies which include: Problem Solving, Action Oriented, Integrity & Trust, Listening, Learning on the Fly, Customer Focus, Priority Setting and Accuracy, Comfort Around Higher Management
