Line Producer

Main Responsibilities:

• Coordinate on-set television crew to create exciting and financially successful television shows (live-to-tape or live)
• Run all processes from the gallery, while at the same time monitoring current sales results
• Using advanced sales skills combined with high level of empathy to translate end-client thinking into individually prepared television shows based on ready blueprints
• Ability to work under high pressure and stress to successfully carry out multitasking activities (real-time coordination of among others: real-time sales, television crew via earphone, timely delivery of the most effective USP etc.)
• Development and execution of trailers and teaser story linings based on delivered concepts

Your Profile:

• Solid sales experience of at least 3 years and front-man skillset
• Ability and experience in running product presentations
• Basic knowledge in the workflow of TV productions of an advantage
• Basic knowledge in executing live TV shopping shows of an advantage
• Explicit interest and skills in creating and developing story lines for TV shopping shows
• Extremely outgoing and energetic personality with extreme focus on delivery of the highest possible results
• Highly sensitive for the feelings of customers and therefore able to shape stories to boost sales results
• Effective communicator and persuasive presenter - can listen and has strong convincing skills
• Ability to work in teams
• Hands on mentality - quick and convincing decider
• Fluently English speaker
