Requirements:
- University diploma (Business / Finance / Economy)
- Min. 3 years relevant experience in single entity closing area
- Experience of working with IFRS will be an asset
- Expertise of General Ledger area including Reporting would be an asset
- Very good command in English both written and spoken – min. B2

Responsibilities:
- Support where needed the month-end/quarter-end and year-end close of all Legal Entities in Europe Region EMEA (excluding Germany)
- Manage the Balance Sheet reconciliation for the legal entities assigned on a monthly basis including reserves and the detailed Balance Sheet reconciliation for all legal entities in the former Europe region. Follow up on clarifying positions with the individual countries accountants or controllers. The historical work (month by month) will be reviewed by Director of Accounting and Taxation and archived for the auditors.
- Create and post standard journals, accruals and prepayments in SAP. Control recurring standard journals posted by other members of the finance community, especially the financial controllers.
- Manage all legal entities monthly actual/plan uploads into SMART in accordance with regional and group requirements. The role involves uploading financial data from SAP into Smart for the month/quarter/year end closing for all legal entities in the former Europe region.
- Manage all legal entities quarterly actual uploads into BCS in accordance with group requirements including other related reporting tasks. The role involves uploading financial data from Smart into BCS for the month/quarter/year end closing for all legal entities in the former Europe region.
- Payroll Journal upload in SAP
- Manage monthly foreign currency conversions and reevaluation in SAP
- Manage the taxation (corporation Tax, VAT, Employment related tax etc.) for the respective legal entity including quarterly group reporting
- Assists controllers with preparation of budgets & forecast and variance analysis
- Assistance in preparation of statutory accounts
