Job description
Position:
- You will report directly to the Director of Sherpa in the Netherlands
- You are a member of the Management-board of Sherpa
Duties and responsibilities:
- Manage, coach and motivate a team of branch managers of Sherpa Poland, marketing specialist, ICT and finance.
- Responsible for talent management and growth opportunities within Sherpa team.
- Ensure to achieve an effective fulfillment of vacancies according to agreed SLAs and KPI’s.
- Accountable for commercial, administrative and organizational structure of Sherpa in Poland.
- Develop recruitment and marketing strategy, work proactively and look for new solutions.
- Implement optimalisations to provide high quality recruitment service to Sherpa in the Netherlands.
- Identify current and future trends on the Polish labour market to ensure that set performance targets are achieved.
- Stimulate a positive working relationship within the branch offices in Poland and with the head-office in the Netherlands.
- Partner with relationships and external parties.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
- Leadership experience in Staffing services (volume recruitment experience in multiple locations will be an advantage).
- Good knowledge of English and Polish language in speaking and writing.
- “Can do” attitude and problem solving skills.
- Knowledge of social media.
- Willingness to visit on regular basis the branches in Poland and head-office in the Netherlands.
- Driving license B.
