Our client, a major multinational company operating in the manufacturing sector is creating a new Shared Service Center in the south Poland (Silesia region). As a result, we are looking for an experienced and ambitious candidate for the position of MARKETING SPECIALIST. The successful candidate will be responsible for rethinking how the company is viewed by stakeholders, clients, suppliers, investors, acquisition targets as well as the employees of tomorrow. The Marketing Specialist position is divided into two areas: Market Research and Brand Management.

MARKET RESEARCH
- Evaluate sales potential for current sites and markets
- Execute market analyses of the company's products and services in their different business channels and markets.
- Create market reports
- Propose and implement new ways of researching and evaluating business channels and opportunities.
- Stay current on trends and developments in the various markets where our brand is present as well as emerging markets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in regard to competitors' market
- Conduct market sizing, customer insight, needs and buying habits, competitive landscaping and trend analyses.
- Create an overall market overview: What are we doing well and what should be improved in terms of customer focus?
BRAND MANAGEMENT
- Create a connection between our company's product portfolio and our clients
- Design and edit brochures as well as other sales documentation for our clients
- Research and organize new brand marketing channels
- Monitor the implementation of the brand plans across the various business channels.
- Create and implement plans for product launches, market entries, and presentation tools.
- Create a new social media campaign (LinkedIn, Twitter, Industry boards, etc.)
- Configure and launch various e-mail campaigns for our clients worldwide.

Kogo szukamy / Profile description:
- Fluent in English is a must
- Knowledge of additional European language will be highly valued
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing.
- Proven professional experience as a Market Researcher/Brand Manager.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple complex projects
- Superior analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
- Results oriented to both external and internal clients.
- Knowledge of additional European language will be highly valued
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing.
