As a Team Leader you will be responsible for managing the team (70% of working time) and collaborating on technical side (30% of working time).

Team Leadership Tasks:
- Leading service managers and technicians
- Capacity Planning and Release Management
- Responsible for people management and conflicts resolution
- Proactive cooperation with functional managers and stakeholders
- Involvement in recruitment processes
- Plan and manage employees' skills and competency
- Co-responsibility for PDAs (performance review, target settings)
Technical Tasks:
- .NET Application system architecture design and code review
- Communication with business customers on requirements
- Technical mentoring and guidance for developers in the application development process
- Reinforce the maintenance of own and team members deliveries documentation
- Involvement in User Stories and Acceptance Criteria creation and review process
- Involvement in Test Cases creation and review process

We are looking for a person who:
- 2 years of experience in managing teams, both from technical and people side
- 5 years of professional .NET/C# development experience
- Solid knowledge of the best development practices including design patterns
- Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in working with ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework and relational databases
- Good knowledge in web client technologies like JavaScript, CSS and HTML5
- Knowledge in using TFS beyond source control (project management, release management)
- Knowledge of BI solution is of big advantage
- Experience in either Sharepoint or Lotus Notes technology is nice to have
- Experience in finance applications or related processes is nice-to-have
- Ability to promote a team environment
- Flexible and adaptable to evolving business needs
- Communicative, fluent spoken and written English
