Network Operations Center (NOC) is a part of Network, Data Center and Communication Services organization (NDCS). Team is a single point of contact for all network, security and communication issues for internal and external support teams. NOC is supporting worldwide infrastructure of more than 300 of Atos’ clients.
Network Operator is providing daily operational support for our clients’ network, security and communication infrastructure. Main duties consist of:
- performing diagnosis on incidents
- implementing standard changes to the environment
- communicating with internal and external technical counterparts
- management of system performance, capacity, service quality
- ability to work well as a team member
- methodical and disciplined approach to work
- good communication skills
- ability to deal with multi-task issues
- EN and/or DE and/or FR
- spoken and written on intermediate level
- understanding of network concepts,
- ability to diagnose and locate network issues
- basic administrative knowledge of operating and/or database systems
- familiarity with Cisco devices management
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN and TCP/IP technologies and protocols
