Operations Manager (FTE up to 30)

Our Client is a manufacturing facility situated in Opolskie region. The main activities of the company are injection moulding, machining of plastics and metals, welding and assembly. Currently we are looking for qualified candidates to fill the position of
Operations Director
Duties:
- Lead short and long term strategy of the company
- Translate strategic policies to local operational and commercial policies
- Proactive management of production capacity based backlog
- Preparation of the business & investment plan and annual budget
- Quarterly review of the budget with the shareholders
- Inspire management and workforce in achieving agreed goals
- Recognizes opportunities to leverage on production facilities and resources
- Managing and annually assessing the staff (up to 30 FTE)
- Monitoring of the continuous stock levels, quality issues, etc.
- Create culture which is focused on customer satisfaction, quality awareness and efficiency improvement
- Analyzing financial and operational reports and act accordingly
- Ensure that the key customers receive the agreed pricing, quality, products & components in a timely manner
Operations Director

- Operating modern CNC equipment
- Purchasing and logistics experience
- Maintaining and managing contact with local government and subsidies
- Higher technical education (mechanical or chemical engineering)
- Good knowledge of the English and/or German language
- Technical drawings / CAD CAM
- Managerial experience within a technical manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated experience with budgeting and finance
