Job description
We are looking for a candidate who can take over the role of Team Leader in P2P Team.
Position purpose
An interesting opportunity to work with a worldwide leader in Media & Entertainment. The company has operations around the globe and creates, distributes, markets and licenses all forms of entertainment from feature films to television, home video/DVD, international cinema, and broadcasting.
Main accountabilities
- Supervising the team to deliver high quality, professional and customer focused service on a daily basis to the client in accordance with agreed SLAs/KPIsÂ
- Motivating team members on the daily basisÂ
- Taking care of continuous development of the team membersÂ
- Ensuring that country specific or other special handling variances are processed according to defined proceduresÂ
- Ensuring process is controlled according to the agreed proceduresÂ
- Overseeing the process and customer service decisionsÂ
- Resolving complex queries and handles sensitive individual cases within the processÂ
- Demonstrating knowledge of respective F&A processes and procedures  Supervising trainings to the current and future delivery team members. Ensure that processes are understood and being followed by the team membersÂ
- Ensuring team targets are metÂ
- Handling regular communication with the Client counterparts and build relationship with them for the deliveryÂ
- Continually seeking out ways to improve Client’s satisfactionÂ
- Analyzing root causes of problems related to Accounts Payable
Candidate's profile
- Very Good English skills are requiredÂ
- Experience in Procure to Pay areaÂ
- People management skills (experience in team management will be an asset)Â
- Decision making and judgment skillsÂ
- Ability to work effectively under time pressure and with deadlinesÂ
- Excellent organization skills and ability to manage multiply tasks simultaneouslyÂ
- Goal orientationÂ
- Excellent analytical skillsÂ
- Very good communication skills and client-focus attitudeÂ
- Teamwork approachÂ
- Flexibility, ability to deal with changeÂ
- Work experience in an international/ multi sites environment would be an asset
