Job description
As a Personnel Administration Specialist you will be responsible for providing complete personnel administration service including entering and auditing employees’ data in the HR system, maintaining compliance with applicable HR regulations and contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

- Preparing employment documentsÂ
- Keeping employees’ personal files in accordance with applicable regulations
- Entering HR and payroll data into the HR-payroll system
- Registering employees to social insurance (ZUS)
- Preparing payroll data
- Answering employees’ inquiries
- Reparing analyzes and internal reports
- Participating in the preparation of data for internal and external audits / controls
- Participating in HR projects and initiatives
Candidate's profile
We are looking for a person who wishes to pursue their professional career in the Human Resources Department and has very good knowledge of labor law.
We also expect you to have:

- At least one year of experience in the HR department
- Very good knowledge of labor law
- Good command of English - a necessary condition
- High level of computer literacy including MS Office, especially Excel spreadsheet
- Familiarity with HR system “Płatnik” will be an advantage
- Familiarity with HR-payroll system “TETA” will be an advantage
