Your role

In your new role you will be responsible for challenging the quality and accuracy of data and information provided; staying in regular contact with key representatives, mainly lead PMO, supporting projects in leveraging base services. What is more, navigating the projects through requirements, gathering data and preparing reports for various stakeholders, including Senior Management. You will be also maintaining and updating project management reporting tools and reports, supporting and coordinating project management tasks and ensuring risks and issues are identified, reported and escalated as required
Your team
You’ll be working in the Resolution and Recovery team in Krakow, which actively supports Group RRP Office. The team is responsible for the ongoing maintenance and development of UBS RRP activities and deliverables in order to fulfill regulatory requirements and track progress on regulatory commitments. It also affirms that all submissions to regulators have been subject to the appropriate level of analysis, review and approval.
Your experience and skills
You have:
- Bachelor or Master degree in Finance, Accounting, IT or related analytical field
- 5 years of experience in project management or quality control
- Very good written and spoken English with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Very good knowledge of MS Office in particular MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint
- Delivery focused, strong hands-on and independent, pro-active personality
- Strong analytical skills and attention to details
- Very good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to understand, interpret and draw conclusions from management and financial data
