Portfolio Manager

Responsibilites
- Responsible for driving and managing the portfolio and resource forecasting and ensure that the monthly variances are understood and documented.
- Cover a global portfolio with specific concentration in the US and EMEA, this role will have close and regular interaction and collaboration with IT program managers, project managers, and PMOs.
- Responsibilities include partnering with the RF IT Change teams in the coordination of new demand and planning activities for the portfolio
- Devise and implement processes to provide senior management with transparency and real-time visibility into portfolio performance to enable effective and timely decision making
- Ensure compliance with centrally mandated procedures and applicable synergies are maintained
- Establish and maintain effective communication across a global portfolio management stakeholder community (including business sponsors, program management offices, divisional COO organizations).
- Generate reports on the portfolio including financials, program and project statuses, dependencies, risks and issues, milestones, etc. meeting both standard routine and ad hoc requests.
- Manage ad-hoc reporting activities and 'fire-drills':
- Create senior management packs for IT
- Provide and co-ordinate IT Portfolio reporting and management decks
Requirements
Essentials Skills and Qualifications:
- Several years of hands on Portfolio Management experience,
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint), Tableau expertise a plus
- Senior management experience must have ability to manage high level meetings with Stakeholders 4.Knowledge of Project Management system - Clarity preferred; MS project or other
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, both verbal and written 6 MyAccess, SQL, VBA
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor or equivalent degree preferably in a related field
- Service oriented, reliable and committed personality
- Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously
- Experience generating status, milestone, risk, issue, assumptions, and dependency reporting across a portfolio
- Accountancy background would be helpful.
- Multi-regional experience international experience
- Flexibility in mind and ability to drive and implement change
- Project Management certification is a plus (PMI, PRINCE, etc)

The position is in the Risk and Finance IT (RF IT) Division - Portfolio Management Team. The Change the Bank portfolio is approximately ~ CHF 400m per year. In particular RF IT needs an experienced Portfolio Manager to assist in the management of the programs and projects within the RF IT portfolio.
