We are currently seeking highly motivated, energetic person with great attention to details and results oriented attitude for the role of:
Responsibilities:
- Developing process automation solutions using Microsoft tools such as: Excel, Visual Basic for Applications, SharePoint, MS Access,
- Contribution to business case development regarding sizing of efficiency savings that can be brought by individual automation initiatives, followed up by tracking of actual gains achieved through materialized automations;
- Gathering and analyzing user requirements with regards to software functionality and developing new features, as well as enhancing existing ones according to specification;
- Partner with business leaders in identification of potential quality, service, and productivity improvements throughout the organization;
- Acting as Subject Matter Expert in process automation field and guide stakeholders on the optimal and efficient solutions;
- Promote best practice sharing by providing training on automation tools;
- Meet end-to-end project requirements and deliver projects based on agreed deadlines;
- Developing and maintaining technical documentation.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of automation tools such as Excel, VBA, SharePoint
- Willingness to learn new automation tools
- At least moderate knowledge of VBA programming is a must;
- Self-starter with a true entrepreneurship attitude, fast learner;
- Business acumen is important (understanding of organizational structure, business functions and processes, goals, metrics etc.);
- Strong interpersonal skills - ability to communicate with clarity and build strong working relationships, focused on teamwork, able to manage change during implementation of automation initiatives;
- Analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex requirements and define technical/functional advanced solutions;
- Attention to detail, well organized and with well-developed presentation skills;
- Knowledge of process improvement and project management will be a plus;
