On behalf of our Client, a global SSC established in Tricity, we are currently seeking Candidates for the position of Process Improvement Coordinator.
Your new role
Holding the position of Process Improvement Coordinator you will be expected to support the organisation in identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities to enable optimal services to be delivered to our customers. The Process Improvement Coordinator is the driving force for managing improvement initiatives across teams to deliver business benefits. The Coordinator will direct multiple projects, assist in development of staff and play a key role in influencing change within and across business units. Moreover he/she will be required to champion and deploy business and process improvement methodologies and toolsets across the Unit, build capability through knowledge sharing and coaching; build the role‘s credibility by engaging effectively with stakeholders, deploying appropriate methodologies and toolsets and create and maintain a reputation as the internal consultant of choice by senior management for any problem solving or design initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed
A successful candidate will need to hold a business-oriented bachelor’s degree (Finance/ Accounting / Economics) as well as accounting qualifications (ACCA, CIMA, CPA). You will also need more than 3 years’ of experience using leading methodologies and processes (e.g. Lean/Six Sigma, PMP, Prince 2 or similar). A good candidate will have commercial understanding of the business, good knowledge of SAP as well as experience in managing multiple parties including Project Managers and third party vendors. Moreover, highly developed interpersonal, communication and analytical skills as well as ability to prioritize and coach will be necessary. Fluency in English, MS Office and SAP knowledge is required.
