Process Manager – Procure to Pay
Manage Procure to Pay (PtP) service delivery performance in line with client (Group Operating Companies) requirements including BPO partners management. Drive process standardisation and harmonisation allowing higher levels of process performance, control and compliance. Enable integration in terms of the new Operating Companies on-boarding as well as internally with other GBS Operations functions including Group Procurement (Source to Pay).
Accountabilities
• Manage effective working relationships and communication between the IAG GBS, BPO and Operating Companies to ensure efficient delivery of services
• Establish the governance of PTP processes to ensure compliance with internal controls and external legal and regulatory obligations
• Provide and enable a governance structure that ensures:
o queries and operational issues are resolved promptly
o performance metrics are fit for purpose and constantly monitored & challenged
• Manage IAG GBS PTP teams including recruitment, performance and talent management
• Support Procure to Pay and Procurement Process integration enabling an integrated Source to Pay platform.
• Initiate and attend meetings with BPO and operating company leadership
• Lead and champion a process improvement culture, identifying ways in which group processes can be harmonized and improved.
• Develop proposals for the design and build of new group finance processes and procedures, systems and reporting, providing leadership and strict guidance to meet business needs and requirements.
• Identify opportunities for quick wins and continuous improvement across the group processes.

Required Skills, Qualifications & Experience
• Degree and/or ability to demonstrate strong knowledge of working in international financial accounting organisation preferably in the Procure to Pay (PtP) / Accounts Payable area.
• Working knowledge of PtP and supplier management process.
• Good understanding of corporate compliance & controls standards and practical experience in applying them in the accounting space.
• Senior level experience of partnering with Senior Leaders and Executives in a fast moving agile business environment.
• Experience of working in an environment of change involving people, process, policy and technology.
• Experience managing teams for success across multiple countries and cultures.
• Excellent people manager with ability to inspire, lead, build and deliver through high performance teams.
• Strong business and financial acumen with ability to evaluate, analyse and solve problems.
• Ability to influence, align diverse views and gain consensus, providing clarity and direction on what is to be achieved and break down barriers that get in way of effective team working.
• Ability to operate effectively in an environment with tight deadlines and finite resource and uncertainty.
• Commitment to service excellence and process improvement.
• Fluency in English. Fluency in Spanish would be an advantage.
• Willingness to travel and work in a multi-site/location environment.*
* Note: This role will be based primarily in IAG GBS Krakow office but the successful candidate will be expected to travel to any worldwide location and to work from any other location within the world at the Company's discretion.
