BTS Product Continuous Integration Manager is mainly responsible for:
- defining short and long term CI strategy for BTS Product
- establishing and executing package promotion rules for Product CI Testing phases
- leading, planning, monitoring and controlling CI process on all test levels
- aligning, CI test activities to other product in order to unify approach across products
- defining, agreeing and measuring product CI targets per Test phase and organization for example - automation level, requirement and code coverage level, cycle duration etc.
- providing e2e product CI insight for all project stakeholders
- defining common test management tools pointing mandatory and optional standards being utilized
- defining and controlling product measurements and metrics relevant to the test objectives
- ensuring reusability of test work products, manages test tools and automation lifecycle
- supporting development teams in problem resolution for CI Blockers
- sharing best practices across the teams
- BSc or MSc degree in Computer Science Telecommunications or an equivalent education
- 7+ years' experience in Telecom area (SW Development/ Software Testing/ Test Automation)
- good knowledge of software development life cycle, software testing, test automation and CI
- fluent spoken and written English
