For our Client, dynamic global IT company, we are looking for:
Product Support Specialist with German or French M/F
Location: Wrocław
Job Description:
- Solving technical problems unreported by customers (users)
- Contact by telephone or e-mail with customers
- Technical support between customer (user) and company for IT customers
- Providing support for business clients via phone, e-mail or chat;
- Verifying client’s identity, creating cases in the incident managements system and resolving technical issues;
- Recording the customer’s inquiry and initiating the escalation process when an issue cannot be resolved with available resources;
- Promotes and maintains a high quality, professional, service-oriented company image among users and team;
- Continues to develop application knowledge in specific product suite and operating environment and technologies;
- Understanding customer concerns and address then effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or computer science or experience in one of the areas: Accounting, Human Resources, Purchasing or Customer Service
- Good level of English
- Good level of German or French
- Minimum 1 year of commercial experience in related industry or software/technical support
- Knowledge of assigned product and basic knowledge of operating environments
- Knowledge of advanced problem solving and analytic skills
- Very good communication skills;
- Data recovery operation and troubleshooting
