Essentials Skills and Qualifications:
- High performance in a service orientated environment SQL
- Solid Technical understanding of IT and Technology in general - ideally in a service orientated support function.
- Experience with SQL querying (Oracle/Microsoft SQL)
- Problem solving skills which must be demonstrated through previous career experience
- Strong written and spoken English
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Knowledge about financial instruments
- ITIL

- Experience with Control-M and batch processing in general

Role provides an exciting opportunity within the Bank IT, supporting the Production environment for Investment Solutions & Products systems (IS&P).
IS&P provides services to a Global client-facing business within the areas of Advisory, Investment, and Delivery process. The candidate will be providing technical support on a variety of systems used by a large community of Relationship & Portfolio Managers to External Clients.
Daily work revolves around troubleshooting and resolving production issues as well as contributing to the team's delivery to our business clients and technical stakeholders, which gives an opportunity to build relationships with our key stakeholders from the relevant area particularly within application development and the business community. Actively identify knowledge, performance and process gaps within the support area and contribute to the continual improvement of the team.
