- Manage group of projects
- Execute project financial KPI
- Build trust relationship with business and IT stakeholders

- Advanced English (C1/C2)
- 3+ years in Project or Program Management
- Strong communication, negotiation, conflict solution and presentation skills
- Planning, control and monitoring project scope execution
- Excellent understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Certification in Scrum is a must
- Certifications in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) as a plus
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Informatics, Computer Sciences or similar degree and/or experience in a similar role
- Willingness to travel on regular basis (every 2 months)
Role is in our Technical Consulting Practice, based in Warsaw working with centers in London and Paris, where you'll be surrounded by ambitious and creative people, in a collaborative environment which we strive to create.
Project Description:
- The program operates across 3 countries: Poland, UK, France.
- Approximately 40 IT personnel, 50% of the team is in Poland.
- UAT releases every day!
- 600 module and End-to-End tests run every day.
- Real-time data processing.
We succeed to deliver a scalable, flexible operations processing platform to normalize, ingest, transform and validate data from different sources.
We have set-up efficient Scrum Enterprise process with such elements as TDD, automated tests, self-managed teams, spec by example, BDD, etc.
Mature Technical and Process Practices
In our daily work we follow the best Agile values and practices, we are switching from Scrum for functional delivery and Kanban for high priority items and vice versa. Our main goal is to produce high-quality technical solutions which meet expectations of our end users. We achieve it by working directly with business representatives, continuous focus on maximizing business value, daily releases allow us to provide solutions and fixes as quick as done.
Self-Organized Teams
Delivery is done by self-organized cross-functional teams; each of them consists of two Business Analysts, four developers and two QAs who sit together in the same room and interact on a daily basis. Each team responsible for end-to-end, starting from high-level requirements clarification and finishing by release build preparation.
Ability to Grow Technically and Professionally
We are looking for the person who is focused on continuous improvements and happy to take a responsibility. We set up Leadership group, where members meet on weekly basis and identify the most critical challenges and look for the solutions. That's growth and maturity. We are not accepting problems and the worth case scenarios.

Regular business trips to London allow people to improve their English level, also create opportunities for knowledge sharing with high-skilled technical and business experts on customer side.
As well, there is an option to make a business trip to France, Paris to meet client and to feel the "trading flour" atmosphere.
No Manual Testing
We don't perform manual testing. Creating features we automate as much as possible.
Technology Stack
Technical skills of you as a PM - Scope, Time, Cost, People and Risk management. You may leave Quality control and Assurance to QA Lead and Architect.
