PTP Helpdesk Finance & Accounting Process Specialist French Speaker

Position purpose
Currently we are looking for candidates, who would like to join the Delivery Team, which will be handling mainly Vendor and Client queries for our New Client. You will have an opporunity to transfer and adjust Clint\'s process to our internal procedures.
You will also have a chance to participate in a transition.
Main accountabilities
- Daily contact with Vendors and the Client via e-mail and phone
- Recording all queries and incidents related to the service in the Query Management System
- Analyzing the root cause of the problems
- Preparing reports with queried invoices
- Identifying potential process improvements
- Delivering excellent service to the Client
- Maintaining good relationship and collaborating with other Departments and Centers in order to resolve the issues effectively
- Constantly collaborating with other Team Members

Requirements
- Fluent spoken and written French
- Good knowledge of English
- Understanding and experience in Accounts Payable
- Very good customer service skills and client-focus attitude
- Ability to analyze end to end processes
- Good analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail, proactive approach
- Strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure
- GPM understanding will be an asset
- Flexibility, with an ability to adapt to changing schedule of tasks
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel
- SAP knowledge
