Automation:
Java + WebDriver 1.5+ years of intensive usage with modern, flexible, async web application (or equivalent)
Understanding of standard tools/patterns/frameworks such as Maven or Gradle, TestNG or JUnit, Page object and/or Page elements etc
Experience with dev tools such as IDE (IntelliJ IDEA or Eclipse), source control (SVN or GIT), browser built-in dev tools
Manual:
General experience in functional testing 2+ years
Understanding of applicability of formal and non-formal testing technics
Readiness to study and improve the product quality from different perspectives (quality control, assurance, assistance)
Experience with SDLC tools (JIRA and/or HP ALM or else what)
Readiness to work with not clearly defined requirements (communication with developers, product owners, agile environment)
Personality:
Highly reasonable and efficiently communicative person.
Interest in continuous self-education.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (professional proficiency).
Able to think abstract about software architecture, analyze system behavior, similar cases, general use cases.
Ready to negotiation in multicultural team and open to another mindsets.
Bonus points:

The Risk Portal is the reporting platform being built for Risk & Finance by the Reporting & Analysis department horizontal. The Risk Portal will use the Risk Data Presentation (RDP) tooling that is being built as part of the SRP program. The tooling and the portal are being built in parallel by the Risk & Finance Reporting & Analysis department.
The users of this system will be Risk & Finance (Chief Risk Office) and Front Office users. Both Swiss and non-Swiss users will access the platform.
The Risk Portal will offer the end users the ability to design, upload and review reports prior to publishing them.
