Real Estate Transaction Specialist

Opis stanowiska:
For our Client - leader of Real Estate market - we are looking for candidates for the position of: Real Estate Transaction Specialist.
The successful candidate will be part of a team of real estate professionals, mandated to deal with all European real estate transactions on behalf of all business divisions.
Main responsibilities:
- supporting the Retail Transaction Leader to ensure all transaction approval requests are processed through the property approval system
- gather and enter transaction information into system
- co-ordinate and obtain all system approvals
- co-ordinate English translations of proposed contracts, gather supporting documentation (in line with the client process), ensure system calculations are correct and send the completed record to the appropriate approvers
- communicate with clients on projects and the status of approvals, including timelines for completing the transaction
- communicate with the transaction approvers to explain the background to the transaction, how to use the system, and which element they are required to check and approve
- creation of spreadsheets for calculating financials and portfolio analysis as directed by Region Manager.
- provide additional data analysis support as requested

Wymagania:
- educated to Degree level or proven track record of work experience in either a commercial property of finance focused environment
- previous Real Estate transaction knowledge and experience - nice to have
- strong computer skills - MS Office products
- strong organizational skills, ability to act independently, co-ordinate and keep transactions moving in the system
- excellent oral and written communication skills and confidence in dealing with senior business leaders
- attention for detail and key interest in data and data quality
- very good English skills
- previous Real Estate transaction knowledge and experience - nice to have
- strong computer skills - MS Office products
- strong organizational skills, ability to act independently, co-ordinate and keep transactions moving in the system
- excellent oral and written communication skills and confidence in dealing with senior business leaders
- attention for detail and key interest in data and data quality
- very good English skills
