- Research within the Company and beyond. Research can be:
- Market research is analytical research based upon deep quality and quantity profiles analysis for the targeted areas of expertise in a particular location with validation of the results found. It includes creation of queries at job search sources, profiles review, relevance identification.
- Open sources content analysis (development of a research plan, searching for relevant information on the Internet - includes analysis of competitors, comparative analysis of working conditions, etc.);
Survey (development of questionnaires, data collection and analysis, presentation of results);
Maintain an existing suite of global recruitment reporting and metrics that are communicated regularly to senior leadership and key stakeholders, ensuring that over time reporting keeps up with shifting business priorities.
Support Recruitment&HR teams in using self-service reports:
- Work with analytical queries including market monitoring, salary expectation research, company-donors analysis.
- Advise which reports are best suited for purpose; ensure reporting is used and interpreted consistently
- Support the data and reporting needs of annual HR processes, including company-wide indicators:
- Headcount analysis;
Staff turnover analysis.
Collaboration with External Providers - to communicate with external providers to order some customized reports that can be useful for communication with internal customers.
- Run regular data quality checks and liaise with HR&Recr teams as needed to ensure integrity of the data is maintained in line with global data definitions.
- In conjunction with IT, manage system developments that will improve reporting functionality and data quality, including communication of changes to the global HR department.
Mandatory:
- Graduate (with degree in sociology, labor economics or international business) with work experience more than 1 year;
- Advance knowledge MS Excel (formulas, graphs, filters, pivot tables, macros).
- Working knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Word and MS PowerPoint. Experience in preparation of presentations in MS PowerPoint.
- Experience in analytical reporting. Experience with staff (HR and recruitment) data is preferable;
- Excellent command of English. Literacy, the ability to briefly coherently and clearly express their thoughts both orally and in writing.
Desirable:
- Russian-speaking candidate is a strong plus
- Work experience in a large organization with a branch structure;
- Experience of the sociological or psychological studies: development of questionnaires, data collection and mathematical processing of results, preparation of analytical reports;
- Experience with external providers of HR services (surveys, external data analysis);
- Experience with any large information systems, which serve to cover HR services. Experience with Tableau and SQL is beneficial but not required;

This position is opened in Global Research Analytical Service (GRAS) - an international organization which is responsible for all analytical researches in Human Resources Department.
GRAS Team consist of 10+ members in different locations: Russia, Poland, Romania and Ukraine.
GRAS provides different kinds of internal and external researches of labor market, staff area
A successful candidate will have a proactive nature, a positive disposition and a flexible approach to working so as to handle multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
He or she will work with various tasks: staff data analysis, researches, participation in projects of the Recruitment and HRD Departments. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel is required. SQL is a big plus.
