creating periodical reports about active/former candidates, candidates pipeline efficient utilization, vacancies status changes
preparing analytical data for presentations
developing and maintaining system of reports; work with internal recruitment system
communication with internal\external customer on recruitment issues
interaction with managers to specify their needs for new roles
escalation management
providing recruiters with information on system changes
monthly forecasting
candidates pipeline tracking and control
presenting the data in a logical format, using Pivot Tables and other functionality to clearly display the data in Excel or Power point
Technical skills/Professional knowledge
1+ proven experience in an administrative role
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
fluent English
very good Microsoft Office package knowledge (advanced MS Excel and MS Power Point user)
experience in analytical reports preparation
IT market knowledge is a plus
experience in recruitment or HR is a plus
Soft skills
proactive approach with limited need for direction or supervision
ability to multi-task and manage priorities
strong written and verbal communication skills
strong analytical skills
Recruitment PMO is responsible for providing an extensive support for the recruitment team including developing and maintaining system of reports, preparing analytical data for presentations, communication with internal/external customer on recruitment issues, interaction with hiring managers.
