Develop high-quality business and functional requirements and obtain timely sign-off by all respective parties. This includes elicitation, analysis, documentation and validation of functional requirements
Validate the solution by testing the solution in line with defined acceptance criteria and test to requirement tractability matrix
Be able to do regular planning, grooming, reviews, demos and retrospectives
Manage requirements and scope over the course of project and maintain clear communication across the team
Working on the MySTT Application within an agile project team, you will participate in delivering software projects.
Has experience in eliciting business requirements from the users/ product owners.
Demonstrate experience of producing business/ functional requirements for high impact software projects
Has performed analysis on business requirements in accordance with technical/ business constraints
Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and the activities involved in each stage
Good experience with SQL (Oracle/MSSQL), able to write multi-join queries
Has experience of producing clear and concise documentation of specifications
Working in AGILE environment together with developers and QAs
Knowledge in banking / finance industry
Possess excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills;
Good level of spoken and written English (including business and financial terms)
Ability to drive discussions between stakeholders and arrive at agreement on what should be done
Self-motivated and driven attitude.

Overview of business area or project:
As part of the bank pricing strategy relationship managers have the authority to agree with their clients on fee reductions / discounts for private banking products (operational price differentiation). Granting of such Special Tariff Terms (STT) need to be compliant with bank policies and guidelines (e.g. approval by line management according to business area specific limits, yearly renewal etc.) MySTT is an improved replacement of the current STT Web application which improves usability and efficiency of the STT request and implementation process for all banking products as well as provides transparent and consistent information about STTs. MySTT enables implementation of pricing strategies and handling of organizational aspects by standardized concepts for management of fees & conditions and approval chain. Goals of MySTT:
- Ensure client profitability (Steering & controlling), reduce amount of STT granted off policy,
- Efficient, transparent and compliant request & approval process,
- Consistent implementation of STT between STT management system and different billing systems (data integrity and cost because of media breaks).
The role includes a cross-border collaboration with team members and project management in Zurich, which creates an excellent networking and experience-sharing opportunities.It's an ongoing project, that lasts already 4 years working in Agile. SAFe Scrum is the current project methodology.
