Our Client is a global company. That deals with strategic and operational consultancy in Poland. The company is well-know and has a well-established position on the market. It has numerous offices located all around the world. It supports over 1000 experienced specialists in Poland. Its clients use knowledge and experience an international experts. Its ultimate goal is to improve clients results.
Due to dynamic growth in Poland, we look for a person who will become a team player in the local team for our Client on a position of Researcher. The candidate will be responsible for turning profile requirements into effective name generation sourcing strategies, identifying industries and companies to focus on and functions and skills to target. The Researcher will be responsible for identifying prospective targets using LinkedIn, internal databases and other sourcing tools and building profiles of targeted individuals; creating reports to share your hard work with clients and maintaining and updating candidate records in our application tracking system. Developing the skills and capabilities of other members of the wider recruiting community as well as keeping the record of the cutting-edge Talent Research methodologies (attend knowledge training days, collect intelligence from the marketplace, identify trends and patterns).
- Recruiting research experience, ideally gained while working within an executive search or corporate recruiting function on international roles
- Strong working knowledge of leveraging social networking sites to identify top talent, e.g. LinkedIn, Xing, etc
- Proven track record of innovation in identifying talent
- Goal driven, able to pro-actively take initiative and comfortable working with minimal direction and ambiguity
- Highly organised, detail oriented, and able to effectively prioritise projects and deliverables
- Strong client services orientation
- Bachelor’s degree
- Very good knowledge of English (min. C1 level)
- Interest in the subject of Social Media
