Our Client is one of the leader on the international Real Estate office market. Due to a new project they are looking for experienced Candidate for Centre Manager (sales) position.

Centre Manager (sales) will be responsible for driving operations and sales activities in the centre. Moreover the Candidate will be focus on generating new business, attracting new customers and retaining existing ones. This involves delivering the service to customers on a daily basis as well as managing the centre and its performance. Range of duties will comprise: effective business planning and developing people.

Ideal Candidate should have at least 4 years of experience on sales positions with strong track record. This person is also expected to be comfortable with meeting and attracting new Clients but also retaining existing ones, experienced in working in international environment. To be successful excellent leadership, planning and execution skills are required. Ideal Candidate is a goal oriented person, who can work under time pressure. Fluent English is a must.
