Responsibilites
- Facilitating and documenting sprint planning, review and retrospective sessions.
- Facilitating and documenting daily scrum meeting
- Scrum master coaching activities to improve team velocity and delivery quality
- Administration of the project's Jira and Confluence sites
- Facilitation of product backlog improvement, coaching and driving refinement sessions with the product owner
- Communicating key indicators such as burndown and velocity in the weekly project meetings
- Reviewing fulfillment of definition of done
Requirements
Mandatory:
- Strong communicator in English (verbal and written)
- Proven experience in multiple enterprise-wide Agile implementations in multinational companies
- Expert hands-on experience with Scrum and facilitation from trenches not less than 5 years
- Knowledge of Kanban, XP, DSDM and Lean software development approach
- Expert knowledge of the Jira Agile and Confluence tools
- The candidate is assertive and committed to leading change
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude towards complex stakeholders and build up trusted relationships
- In-depth understanding of best practices and how, where and when to apply them
- Ability to cultivate the agile culture and mindset among people
- Readiness for infrequent business trips
Should have:
- Experience with Agile scaling frameworks SAFe, Less, Nexus, DaD
- Good understanding of DevOps and QA automation best practices
- Experience with geo-distributed teams
- Agile coaching experience
- Variety of certificates CMS, CSPO, PSM, PSO, PSP, PMI-ACP and others
Nice to have:
- Experience with projects delivering BigData systems
- IT banking background
- Participation in Agile communities, meetup, conferences

- Pure coaches
- PM's who adopted scrum practices recently
- Candidate who's experience limited to their very own understanding of agile
- Candidates who are unable to inspire others
