MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Contribute to the design of new features, and new products
Mentor and give directions to the team members
Ensure the product meets the specified requirements
Perform code reviews at all levels
Work with international team of experts
Be able to provide multiple technical solutions and discuss pros and cons of different approaches
Conduct technical trainings
Availability to work in delegations abroad
REQUIRED SKILLS
Degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent
Proficiency in C#/.Net, WebForms, SQL Servers
Previous experience in financial area
5 years+ experience in software development
Good organizational skills and ability to effectively communicate at all levels
Excellent communication skills in verbal and written English
