Job description
The Problem Analyst will work closely with the Problem Managers assisting them in the delivery and operation of the Problem Management procedure, through the whole lifecycle of the problem record.
Candidates will need to be confident in their own ability, be able to deliver reports to deadlines, possess flexibility and a collaborative approach. Â
The successful candidate will need to be able to coordinate and communicate problem management activities across a multi-supplier organisation.
Main accountabilities
- Ensures that Problem Management process, policies and principles are followed across all bundle suppliers
- Provides high quality reports and communications
- Identifies and escalates operational issues
- Facilitates operational and management oriented meetings
- Participates in resolution of the complex problems and root cause analysis requiring the input of the multiple functions
- Interprets the analysis of the aggregate incident data to identify key trends
- Maintains and uses working relationships with Customers and Suppliers
- Ensures high quality input into Known Error DB and Problem records
- Participates in continuous service improvement
Requirements
- Excellent English written and oral skills
- Experienced in basic Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain high level of accuracy
- Confident with can do attitude
