Requirements:
- University diploma (preferably HR Management, Talent Management etc.)
- Min. 4 years of experience in recruitment area
- Excellent command of English language
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Very good communication and cooperation skills
- Ability to work independently
- Highly self-organized
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating end-to-end recruitment processes and supporting with HR projects in the area of Talent/ Development Management
- Cooperation with Hiring Managers and clarification of hiring profiles
- Scheduling and conducting meetings with candidates
- Providing administrative support for Assessment/ Development Center sessions
- Providing administrative support for onboarding activities
- Dealing with recruitment agencies, career centres etc.
- Preparing statistics and reports
