Opis stanowiska:
The position holder is responsible for all the professional and administrative leadership and motivation of teams responsible for Payments and Receipts processing / activity and Accounts Payable and Travel & Entertaining processing / activity for Europe and Asia.
Responsibility for proactively managing, developing and retaining talent, as well as building their commitment to organisational goals
Representing Finance Cash and Cost Function
Building and developing strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Responsibility for Payments and Receipts processing / activity and Accounts Payable and Travel & Entertaining processing / activity
- Setting and assisting team to achieve team targets, incl. predefined KPIs
- Development (development in regards to Payments and Receipts and professional knowledge) and stabilization of the assigned teams, in accordance with processes and guidelines to achieve the required service and quality level
- Assuring reporting, quality and risk management activities
- Developing people and talents (people management)
- Assurance of professional communication with stakeholders /internal clients and ensuring professional service provision
- Responsibility for assigned project-work and special tasks
- Continuous service improvement and process development
Other
- Any other ad hoc tasks as required from time to time

- Experience within shared services or accounting or similar area
- Solid experience within higher managerial position, leading several teams in the area of shared services or financial services (e.g. banking, insurance), preferably in an international environment
- Ability to develop and lead several teams
- Language skills: English fluent written and spoken
- Ability to quickly adapt to Swiss Re culture and Swiss Re specific accounting processes and familiarize with new applications
- Excellent communication skills (clear, transparent, convincing) and negotiation skills, assertiveness
- Strong focus on performance and targets
- Ability to think globally and strategically and to develop and implement new concepts
- Strong ethical and behavioural values
- Ability to adapt to changes and implement them accordingly
- Keen interest in global cooperation and multicultural working environment
- Strong service and client orientation
- Strong focus on performance, targets and risk management activities
- Result-oriented working style
- Positive attitude towards a dynamic and international environment
