For Hemmersbach Central Support located in Bielany Wroclawskie we are seeking the following:

Service Delivery Manager with Czech language
Location: Polska, Wrocław, Bielany Wrocławskie

Your main responsibilities:
  • Initiation, conception and follow-up of national and international IT-projects for our renowned clients,

  • Management of teams of Technicians, Team Leaders, Service Desk Agents, Administration Personnel,

  • Supervision and control of the processes and the level of service contractually appointed (SLA, KPIs, …)

  • Commercial and technical collaboration in a project team,

  • Recognize and implement the potential of optimization,

  • Calculations and reports relative to the project,

  • Support during the implementation of the project,

  • Resource and costs monitoring.

Our requirements:
  • Fluent knowledge of Czech and good English language,
  • Previous experience in IT project management,
  • Engineering and/or Business background,
  • Ability to convince others through the professional skills, notably in terms of communication and organization, and through great concern for clients and quality of service,
  • Determination, autonomy and personal motivation,
  • Flexibility and people management skills,
  • Ability to work on numerous tasks simultaneously and cope with a heavy workload,
  • Good analytical skills and drawing conclusions rapidly.
