Sourcing Manager

You will be in charge of:
- Supporting all Operated Accounts in Poland (and if required in other surrounding Countries) by managing and executing all relevant Sourcing, Procurement and SCM activities such as:
Sourcing and procurement strategy, tendering and contracting, realising (cost) savings, supplier (performance) management, contract management, P2P procurement-to-pay processing, coaching (lead) sourcing specialists, developing Sourcing organization, contributing to business objectives and targets at Accounts/Country(ies).
Key Accountabilities:
- Plan, manage and execute a sourcing agenda at Accounts (Account and Site Sourcing plans) to realize the targeted savings glide paths
- Lead small local SCM team but also independently execute tendering projects (RFI/RFQ) and negotiate Supplier Partner (Framework) Agreements with Suppliers; Volume bundling and implementation of cross-account tenders
- Lead cross boundaries sourcing projects (regional / European)Execute Contract administration and Contract Management
- Follow up on Supplier related Account/customer complaints and claims
- Execute Supplier Performance Management (including KPI dashboards/Scorecards)
- Monitor P2P process
Requirements:
- Min. 5 years of professional background in sourcing function in Facility Management
- Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation in English and Polish
- Experience in dealing in international matrix model
- Basic legal / contract knowledge
- Good / excellent conceptual, analytical and business modelling skills
- Critical and logical thinking
- Experience in collaborating with (senior) management and cross functional teams from diverse cultures
- Working knowledge and experience in strategic sourcing methodologies and procurement (P2P) processes
- Ability to work flexibly with minimal supervision
