Supplier Performance Management Analyst

For our Client - internationally recognized company from airline industry, that establishes a new Procurement Centre in Cracow, we are currently looking for experienced candidates on the position of Supplier Performance Management (SPM) Analyst.

SPM Analyst will be responsible for building and developing long-lasting relationship with suppliers, gather performance data from multiple sources and prepare accurate management reports. Moreover, on this position you will be responsible for identifying areas of inadequate performance and making recommendations for remedial actions. Additionally, while working on this position, you will monitor and evaluate KPI’s as well as reinforce a culture of continuous improvement through strong stakeholder management.

Ideal Candidate should demonstrate experience working in with suppliers in an environment of continuous improvement in a fast-paced global organization as well as excellent stakeholder management skills. Moreover, fluency in English is a must (Spanish will be an asset). Commitment to service excellence, business and financial acumen and very good analytical skills are essential to be successful on this position.
