Nigel Frank International is looking Support Manager - Sharepoint/ CRM for one of our clients in Czech Republic. Possible location to work is Prague, Brno, Hradec Králové.
Candidates requirements:
- Able to cover first line support and partially second line support for our SHP and CRM customers,
- Previous support experience with at least one of these products
- Very good knowledge of support processes,
- Necessary management and organisational skills.
- Personal focus on long-term work with customers, added value for the customers etc.
- Fluent in Czech or Slovak language.
