We are looking for:
The successful candidate will be part of a wider Service Management Engineering team and will work closely with the Product Manager, project teams, architecture teams and our clients to assist in the development, support and product releases throughout the year.

Be the accountable owner and subject matter expert for ITSM tools using market knowledge to help create and deliver on an overall Service Management tools strategy.

Ensure that technical solutions and development adheres to defined best-in-class standards in order to maximize the customer experience and minimize impact on the support teams.

Be able to lead a small team in multiple geographical locations, managing their career and technical development, and developing a good team/work ethic and high morale to improve the effectiveness of the team.

Work to project schedules & budgets, and assume ownership and accountability for technical deliverables produced by the team.

Assess current versus desired skill level of ServiceNow resources and facilitate closing the gap.

Solid experience of IT development/engineering experience Service Management technologies.

Solid experience working on ServiceNow, and in-depth technical knowledge of the ServiceNow modules.
-
Certification in ITIL and/or any related service management technical qualifications.
-
ServiceNow Developer certification is a plus.

Proficient in Java and Java script.

Experience of technical process analysis.

Proven managerial track record in leading diverse & regionally distributed multicultural IT teams.

Experience in developing effective relationship with both product and outsourcing vendors.
