About you
- you have a passion for customers, retail and home furnishing,
- you have experience in building customer relations,
- you have potential and eagerness to become a manager,
- you have initiative in creating optimal solutions to secure a win-win outcome for customers and IKEA,
- you have analytical skills to work with budgets and reports,
- you have good Polish and English language skills,
- you are mobile and wants to grow and develop together with IKEA.
About the job
On this position you will be responsible for supporting Customer Service Manager, coordinating the work of your team, establishing and retaining a life-long relationship with existing and new customers. Your main aim will be to motivate our customers to be willing to shop again in our store.
About the assignment:
- working with your team to create and encourage a customer-focused culture to ensure that IKEA is customers’ first choice for home furnishing,
- motivating and supporting your team in everyday duties and coordinating the work of your team,
- securing the highest standards of services in compliance with IKEA service procedures,
- resolving escalated customer complaints and analysing their opinions to identify ways of improving our customers' shopping experience in the future,
- optimising relationship with our customers in order to drive sales growth and sustained, long-term profitability,
- securing the training of your team in order to have competent, multi-skilled and commercially focused co-workers, who can support the customers’ shopping experience.
