For our Client new on the Polish market international company, which is building here R&D Centre we are looking for a Team Leader in Customer Service.
This role is a leader position which is aimed for candidates with vision and innovative approach, who would like to take great part in building of companies strategical service and success.

- Setting new level of standard for customer service by delivering intelligent solution which is a blend of digital and human interaction
- Driving digital innovation to provide best quality service using Test and Learn methodology
- Managing of digital resources that will aid the traditional customer service and complement it with innovative approach
- Leading, managing and developing a growing team
- Close cooperation with leadership team to build companies strategical service proposition that are the pivotal element of companies strategy for upcoming year
- Encourage cooperation, teamwork and knowledge sharing
- Provide team members with coaching and assure process team training requirements are satisfied
Requirements:
- 2 years experience in international environment
- Experience in developing and delivering cutting edge digital business solutions for dynamic environments
- Great analytical skills, knowledge and experience in improvement of work efficiency, customer satisfaction, employee development, quality improvement, maximizing profits through technology, making most of synergies and improving cost to serve
- Knowledge in area of digital technologies used in customer support and their role in customer relation building, including social media, mobile apps, chats, interactive voice response etc.
- Excellent team managing, planning, organizational and communication skills
